Once your cellar is catalogued in the system, your complete collection is available anytime via a website or mobile app. You’ll never be stuck at a dinner or a tasting wondering exactly what’s on your shelves at home.
As you add bottles or pull them to drink, we keep your inventory current. And if you use Classic’s Receiving Service, new shipments are logged automatically the moment they arrive.

Your inventory lives in a secure online portal accessible from any phone, tablet, or browser. Search by varietal, region, vintage, producer, or location within seconds, whether you're at home, at a restaurant, or on the road.
Every bottle that enters or leaves your locker is logged. When you take wine out, we scan it. When new shipments arrive through our Receiving Service, they're inspected and added automatically. Your inventory reflects what you actually own, not what you thought you owned.
Yes. Inventory records can include current market values, drinking windows, and acquisition cost (if provided). Our sommelier advisory team can produce formal appraisals when needed for insurance, estate planning, or sale considerations.
We can import existing inventories from most major platforms, including CellarTracker, VinCellar, and spreadsheet exports. If your existing records have gaps or inconsistencies, our team can audit and clean them up as part of the intake process.
Only you and anyone you authorize. Classic staff have operational access to manage your collection, but your inventory is not shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than serving you. Period.
It's yours. We can export your full inventory in standard formats so you can take it with you to another platform, another storage provider, or wherever it needs to go.
