What does Classic's inventory service include?

How do I access my inventory?

Your inventory lives in a secure online portal accessible from any phone, tablet, or browser. Search by varietal, region, vintage, producer, or location within seconds, whether you're at home, at a restaurant, or on the road.

How is my inventory kept up to date?

Every bottle that enters or leaves your locker is logged. When you take wine out, we scan it. When new shipments arrive through our Receiving Service, they're inspected and added automatically. Your inventory reflects what you actually own, not what you thought you owned.

Can I see what my collection is worth?

Yes. Inventory records can include current market values, drinking windows, and acquisition cost (if provided). Our sommelier advisory team can produce formal appraisals when needed for insurance, estate planning, or sale considerations.

What if I already have an inventory in another system?

We can import existing inventories from most major platforms, including CellarTracker, VinCellar, and spreadsheet exports. If your existing records have gaps or inconsistencies, our team can audit and clean them up as part of the intake process.

Who can see my inventory?

Only you and anyone you authorize. Classic staff have operational access to manage your collection, but your inventory is not shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than serving you. Period.

What happens to my inventory data if I leave Classic?

It's yours. We can export your full inventory in standard formats so you can take it with you to another platform, another storage provider, or wherever it needs to go.
