You receive a notification the same day confirming what arrived and that it's safely in. You never need to be home, track a package, or worry about a bottle sitting on a hot doorstep.
You'll receive a same-day notification by email the moment your shipment is logged in. It will include the carrier, the sender, and the number of packages received. No chasing tracking numbers or wondering whether a delivery made it.
Yes. Wineries, retailers, auction houses, wine clubs, and direct allocations all ship to Classic Wine members. If a common carrier delivers it, we can receive it. Just give senders your Classic Wine address at the location where your locker is and we handle the rest.

Our team notes any visible damage at the time of receipt and flags it in your notification. We photograph the package before moving it to storage so you have a record for any carrier or winery claim. We'll let you know right away rather than leaving you to discover it later.
