Within Texas, Classic handles moves directly. Our refrigerated fleet covers pickup, transport, and delivery anywhere in the state, from a single case across DFW to a full cellar relocating from Houston to El Paso. Same team, same standards, same chain of custody from start to finish.

Packing & Unpacking
Every bottle is hand-packed in temperature-stable, vibration-dampening cases by people who do this every day. Inventory is verified on the way out and on the way in, so nothing is misplaced, mishandled, or unaccounted for.

Climate-controlled vehicles maintain proper cellar temperature from pickup to delivery, whether the trip is across DFW or across the country. No exposure to heat, cold, or temperature swings that can damage wine in transit.

Delivery is pulling wine from your locker and getting it where you need it for use, dinners, gifts, events. Moving is relocating an entire collection from one home, facility, or city to another. Moves are larger, more complex, and require packing, inventory verification, and coordination across multiple parties.

Yes, and it's one of the most common scenarios. New members often have collections sitting in basements, closets, kitchen wine fridges, or another storage provider. We coordinate the pickup, transport, and intake, including cataloging the collection as it arrives so you have a clean inventory from day one.
In-state DFW moves are often completed in a single day. Cross-state moves within Texas may require one to three days depending on distance. Out-of-state relocations through our partners typically take one to three weeks, depending on origin, destination, and the size of the collection.
That's exactly what our four Texas facilities are for. We can hold your collection temporarily between homes, during renovations, or while you're deciding on a permanent location. Storage is flexible, with no long-term commitment required.
Inventory is verified at pickup and again at delivery. If you're an existing Classic member, your collection is already cataloged in our system. If you're new, we can catalog as part of the move so you finish with a clean digital inventory.
Classic and our partners carry transit insurance for wine in our care. For high-value collections, members often supplement with their own wine-specific insurance policy. We're happy to discuss coverage options before the move.
