Members have access to their collection seven days a week, 365 days a year, from 8am to 10pm. Office hours for staff support, tours, and assistance are Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm. If you need to coordinate something outside office hours, just call ahead.

Every Classic location features 24/7 monitored security, mobile-credentialed entry, climate redundancy, and backup generators. Only credentialed members can access the storage areas, and every entry is logged.

Yes. Classic's Receiving Service handles wine shipments on your behalf, signing for deliveries, inspecting bottles on arrival, and adding them to your inventory automatically. You don't have to be home when the truck arrives, and your wine never sits on a hot porch.

Yes. Every member can take advantage of digital cataloging, barcoding, collection evaluation, and quality inspection with our Inventory Management Service. Your full inventory lives in a secure online portal accessible from any phone or browser, so you always know exactly what you own and where it is.

Every Classic facility runs on redundant cooling systems and on-site backup generators. If the grid goes down, your bottles don't notice. Our team is on call for severe weather events, and our track record includes multiple Texas freezes, heat waves, and grid failures without compromising a single collection.
