Social Room Usage Rules

  • The social room is available for locker members to reserve between 8 am - 10 pm.
  • Reservation fee starting at $250 is required, for events up to 5 hours. Contact us for pricing on longer events.
  • For locations with multiple rooms, the reservation fee is $400 for both rooms.
  • The card on file for your account will be charged upon reservation. An event must be cancelled 14 days prior to the event to receive a full refund.
  • The social room is for personal use (ie. Birthday/anniversary celebrations). Business events will be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis. Political events are not permitted.  Winery events (tastings, winery sales, etc) are allowed in partnership only with Classic Wine and will not be scheduled until approved (contact us for details). 
  • Event decorations are allowed (ie. ballons, tablecloths, etc) only in the social room and not in any other locations in the facility (entryway, restrooms, etc). We do not permit any materials or decorations to be hung on the walls, ceiling, on the flooring, etc. Banners or signs are not permitted to be hung inside or posted outside of the building.
  • A fee will be assessed if any of the policies are not observed. 
  • Clean-up requirements:
  • put all trash in the waste bins and take out to the dumpster
  • place all used glassware on the counter next to the dishwasher.
  • leave tables and counters free of debris.
  • wash any used serving plates/platters and remove any food from the refrigerator. 
  • please leave the room how you found it.
